This month is one of my so called "broke months"; I have four birthdays, my anniversary and valentines day. The birthdays are all family related so i have to figure out #1 who gets what?! My cousin turns 6 years old so its apparent that he will get a toy, but what about all the grown ups birthdays? I find that after a certain age a mer card will suffice. It is also my boyfriend's brothers birthday today and him and his twin brothers birthday in just two weeks. I suppose cards will do, but what are my other options? I'm not very good at remembering birthdays, and getting a gift is twice as hard. I think getting a gift is harder if you are broke, but that is just me. Since I'm on a budget i ask you what should i get? Valentines day and my anniversary are on a completely different level. Those two days are clearly more of the "romantic days", so obviously all i have to do is throw some chocolates in a bag with his favorite Jason Aldean cd and I'm good. I cant tell if I'm too simple, or if I'm lazy but either way something will be given; My money issues aside and the lack of time i have over all this will be a good and fun month.
I have my broke my too like this. I think almost everyone does. One thing you can do is get them a gift certificate. I got about $70 of gist certificates for only $6. That's a deal!. I'll look and make sure the promotion still works and let you know.
