been a while

Its been a while since i have written something in Blogger; Everything has been the same so far. The classes are going by so fast next thing i know i will be graduating!

What to do....???

My boyfriends birthday is in exactly 5 days, and im broke. The good thing about him is that he could care less about money, he is the most selfless person in the world. He only wants to be with his family and of course me for his birthday, which is nice but i feel that i should give him something. I really wanted to surprise him with something to do with his favorite team the Texas Longhorns, however that is expensive. Any ideas?

Little brother...

On Saturday i decided to pick up my little brother like i usually do on weekends. This weekend my mom was in a bad mood, so took picked him up and we went shopping. I talked to him about "mommy being in a bad mood", he understood why. Then we went everywhere from Pollo Tropical to Walmart, and then to Kohls. I love as he gets older his perspective is getting so in depth; He is really understanding peoples personalities. I love how smart he is too, he handles things in a calmer approach just like my stepdad. He also is very outgoing, which is from my mom and of course his comedic attribute is all me. He knows when to take responsibility already! And he is very lovable, he is not afraid to tell his big sister he loves her. I think he is the coolest thing ever, i just cant believe how big and smart is getting. 

This weekend!

The other day i got a text from one of my best friend named Erica, she is in the Air force. She text me saying that she is coming into town for this coming weekend, only for three days. I was so happy when i got it! I have not seen her in 3-4 months. Since she is coming it is only right to throw a HUGE party to celebrate her =) It also just so happens to be my best friend Monique's birthday Saturday, so that means its double the fun! Im really excited, the only problem is that my Boyfriend cant come, he is working; I am still pretty excited regardless, all of these friends are more like family. If everything goes as planned i should have an AWESOME WEEKEND!

Coolest Thing!

 I thought this was the coolest thing. I got on Facebook yesterday and i see an uploaded music video on my friends page; I looked close and realized the guy in the music video is someone i went to high school with! We graduated the same year and had mutual friends, we even took pictures at prom together. He is now a singer/song writer and blew up quick. I am pretty proud that i actually knew the guy and that he has furthered his career. My boyfriend and i were talking about it last night and we discussed how nice it was that he went for his dreams , and made it; It makes us feel like we can do anything.

pseudoephedrine

Yesterday my body was starting to get sick, yet again; It wasn't nearly as bad as last week , but i did see a few similar symptoms.  I decided to buy Aprodine with pseudoephedrine because it relieves the post nasal drip. Usually anything with pseudoephedrine is supposed to make you extremely alert and awake, but in my case it did not. Instead of me being alert and feeling a relief of symptoms  i was really tired, although the symptoms did go away. I felt drained after an hour of it in my system, which is very odd. I learned that this is called a "paradoxical reaction". This means the medication does the complete opposite of what it is suppose to do. I believe i had that reaction happen to me, there is no other explanation. The problem is that it is the only thing that works for me when it comes to allergies and or post nasal drip. I hope that i can overcome that reaction, or i will have to get prescription strength , which is not what i want. 

Valentines Day!

So today is Valentines days! I guess today would be a special holiday because i haven't really celebrated it in a couple years. My boyfriend and i decided that our anniversary is just too close to this holiday, so why spend more money. The good thing about this year  is neither of us work to late so we can actually enjoy the night together. We also are saving money by not going out to dinner, but he does have something up his sleeve. I woke up this morning to my favorite Godiva chocolates, and he says there is more coming. I still have to actually get him something, but I'm not sure what to get. I am most defiantly getting him a card, but should i get chocolates? or something else?
